「ブロードウエイ通りと5番通りの交差点に向かって下さい」と言いたい場合

Please take me to the cross of Broadway St. and 5th St.
Please take me to the intersection of Broadway St. and 5th St.

名詞crossには多くの意味がありますが、ビジネスではしばしば「複数の要素や役割が混ざり合っているもの」 を意味します。

This product is a cross between a pen sharpener and a hole punch.
(これは鉛筆削りと穴あけ器を足して2で割ったような商品です)

A sales engineer is a cross between a sales representative and an engineer.
(セールスエンジニアは販売員とエンジニアを足して２で割ったような職業です)
